Your information
Short version: we use what you send only to quote and fill your order.
What we collect
When you send an order request: your name, email, phone if you give it, organization, dates, product choices, notes and any artwork you upload. When you leave a review: your first name, last initial, rating and review text.
How we use it
Only to answer your request, quote and make your order, and keep records the law requires. Reviews appear on this site only after Greg confirms they're genuine.
What we don't do
No advertising trackers, no analytics cookies, and we never sell or share your information. A Cloudflare security check runs on our forms to stop spam.
Where it's kept
Requests are stored on secure, encrypted infrastructure run for Primal by 25 Alpha LLC.
